Volunteer Youth Programs
Volunteer youth programs are available to instruct. The Youth Center of New Castle serves as a safe and joyous place for youths to thrive and gain experience in many major activities.
Youth Group
Omni Youth Circle of New Castle, DE is a program that serves youth ages 13-19 years old. We operate after school, and daily during school breaks. We are a non-profit and function under donations and volunteers only.
Volunteer Requirements
Those that are qualified to volunteer have a 7-year clean background and 2 teenage references with their full name and contact information. Volunteer’s work schedules are 2 to 4 hours on Thursdays only at this present time, from 2pm-6pm, if you would like to work in the building as staff.
About Us
The Omni Youth Circle program is combating Mental health and Violence within today’s youth. We are counteracting this issue by starting this enrichment program and bringing it to become a youth center in-between now and the near future.

Meet The Founder
Anita Bruce
Founder
Anita Bruce is the founder of the Omni Youth Circle program in which she was greatly inspired by her pastor. Anita is a mother of four children, she is originally from Durham, NC but now resides in Wilmington, DE where she got her Bachelor’s degree at Wilmington University. Anita is currently 43-years old and she is an certified ordain minister and is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Divinity and Theology. In her spare time Anita Volunteers for several youth programs throughout the community in which one of which she is teaching youth how to write APA essays for college.
